All orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Pre-order items will be be shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
International
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Thailand: Calculated at checkout.
- International: Flat rate of $19 USD.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Dusty Threads is not responsible for customs delays or any additional charges incurred after your order has been shipped.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges or is otherwise abandoned by the recipient, any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dusty Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Dusty Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
