Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Dusty Threads purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup, or damage.

• Gift cards
• Custom-made or personalised items

To request a return, please email dustythreads.bkk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
